DMCA Policy for Cheesy Meatloaf
Cheesy Meatloaf respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

- "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature (e.g., by typing your full name).
- Send the complete DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page, making sure to select "DMCA Notice" as the subject.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") with the following information:
- Identify the material that Cheesy Meatloaf has removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (the URL(s)).
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include both of the following statements in the body of the Counter-Notice:
- "I hereby state under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- "I hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Cheesy Meatloaf may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person."
- Provide your full legal name and your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full name).
- Send the complete DMCA Counter-Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page, making sure to select "DMCA Counter-Notification" as the subject.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
